Recently bought a brand new phone .The phone wasn't activated on SPRINT.Could successfully unlock it for gsm usage outside US.But cant find data settings under mobile network settings and also no WiFi tethering.
Tried stock and customs ROMs(bad boyz ,viper ) but nothing..
Is there a way to get these settings without the phone been activated on SPRINT ???
