[Q] ROM swap disabled ability to use Droid Explorer
I've been using the HighOnAndroid v0.3 ROM for about a year and was overall pleased with its operation. Lately though I've encountered some buggy wake locks and force closes. So I've decided to move on to a Jellybean ROM. I read a lot of great things about JellyBam 7.4 and so i downloaded that and put it on my phone. I wiped all the data, cache, Dalvik cache and installed the ROM without incident. However, now i cant view anything in Droid Explorer. I've enabled USB debugging and have the phone set to MTP, but nothing shows up. Not even a balloon for the New Hardware Wizard. The computer dings when i plug the phone in, but no other actions happen.
What do I do now? Somehow, ROM manager doesn't see the backup i made of the previous ROM, so i cant go back. I tried updating Droid Explorer, but now the program has crashed too. It keeps saying it cant find the SDK directory, even though I've pointed the program to the right directory countless times. I'm so lost and have no knowledge of how to run adb command lines.
