Go to setting - apps - all apps - find out the crapewear - uninstall or disable whichever is available.
China = bloatware
Yes, plenty of bloatware, even with my "tampered" ROM that was shipped with the phone from Hong Kong. As the previous poster said, you can go into Settings -> Apps and start cutting left and right, but most probably you will just have to Disable, Clear Data, Clear Cache and uncheck the notifications for most of them. Oh and one more thing: on top of the bloatware think about the Chinese Blinkfeed...
After just having installed Dr. Oweida's ROM, I can honestly say that is the best way to do it.
