I9070UBLPK_I9070UVOLP8_I9070UBLPK_HOME.tar around 800mb for flashing using odin and SS_DL.dll around 1.59mb

You use *.tar file to flash, not SS_DL.dll. Just leave SS_DL.dll in same folder where tar is when you use Odin, just in case Odin needs it for something.
What is in the ZIPPED file?
It is the modem.bin file
Well I unzip the Tar File and extract the Modem.bin out! So as to change the baseband to the latest version
