Yes unpack that to your phone with totalcomander and you can see in your phone or in your windows in control panel folder option view uncheck " hide protected operating system files" and you can see after that in windows worked in my case.
To the Hardreset problem:
This is what I made:
Flashed stock Rom -> Flashed Translated Rom -> Softreset works
Flashed stock Rom -> Made Master Clear -> Flashed Translated Rom -> Softreset works
Flashed stock Rom -> Flashed Translated Rom -> Made Master Clear -> Softreset = Hardreset
If I do one time a Master Clear then I cannot softreset the phone anymore, like ffboy2009 said before.
Maybe something gets lost when I do a Masterclear...
Known Bugs:
- Everything is fixed, no more language problems
- Problems with Operator Settings remain!
-Only Hardreset Problem remains

The ones from Novembre5 and aragon are working and are full translated if you copy the english DotNetLocalization.dll file to the phone
We need the Hardreset bug fixed in order to get a 100% working Rom
Also we need the possibility to apply our operator settings on the phone.
So I beg you to fix these two major bugs for us

when i released My first TG01 CHS ROM,there's no TG01 on my hand
So,borrow a TG01 form friend will help me test roms well

So the only bug to fix in this Rom is the hardreset bug

great rom, works fine... but still some chinese options in the messsage-menüs... where you add numbers for sms etc. but thats only litlle things^^
I found the solution for your problem!
You find a new Network Wizard in the attachment
Just install it and run it. It's at Settings -> Connections -> Network Wizard
There you can choose Romania and choose between Orange, Cosmote and Vodafone.
I already tested it and it worked
