It doesn't work. I'm using the flash from ADB feature in TWRP and it always fails

Yes, you can at least salvage your tablet. Download latest twrp recovery, and install it in download mode. Then download the 510 ROM from the developer section onto an sdcard, insert sdcard into tablet, mount in recovery, install the ROM. You can then try again if you wish. Make changes one at a time, slowly!
There may be a different way, but this seems the easiest to me.
Why did you want to unroot?
