Chrome progress bar not moving

After Chrome v 35.0.1916.122 update the progress bar is not moving during webpage loading. Stays at the beginning point and after fully loaded it suddenly moves to the end and disappears. Tried clearing data and cache and uninstalled updates and again installed.

It looks like a bug with Chrome itself since I'm also having the same issue.

I can confirm this same behavior and concur that it is probably a bug in Chrome. Wait for an update, I guess.
