Did you try a restart to see if it fixed the problem?
The only issue I've run into was the haptic feedback on the keyboard going out, but it's seemed to have righted itself. Actually, if I remember correctly, I toggled haptic feedback on and off again in Settings > Sound > Vibrate Feedback and I believe that fixed it.

I had problems at first, but then I went into the settings and checked "routing fix". After that it worked flawlessly...

Steps:
Step 1: Make sure drivers are installed!
Step 2: Make sure USB Debugging is enabled
Step 3: Un-Zip
Step 4: Click on the SuperTool.exe
Step 5: Enjoy!
