Default [Q]Porting APP
i want to ask something, that sometime make my train of thought stuck xD

so, what should i do to port.. lets say Xperia Ray APPS(HDPI, ARMV7) to Galaxy GIO (MDPI, ARMV6)

what basic thing should i learn, what basic tool should i have, and maybe what operating system must i have..
