This needs to happen. I cant help but feel that ubuntu would make this tablet much more usable and functional than ICS. Just my opinion.

I got my tf700 and I want to dual Boot it - put windows 7 and/or XP on it.
Is there any advice out there - before I get into the process?

Dude, I hope you are joking. Any Windows prior to Windows 8 were designed specifically for x86-x64 processors, which are thousands of times more powerful than any ARM SoCs available now, including the upcoming Cortex-A15. The differences in processing power and architecture between x86 and ARM are too much that Microsoft has to write a separate version (Windows RT) for ARM processors, which will not run any current Windows applications. Hypothetically, even if it is possible to dual boot Windows on the tf700, there is no application to run at all!

Default Windows & Android

At one time I wanted to keep Garmin maps after I started using Android (phones)

So I checked in to using both.

Only two options I could find both used Windows XP/7 (hardware & software) as the main and Android was launched second.

(Bluestacks and Viewsonic)

All this was before Win8
