Default Transfer Cell phone Numbers HELP

Hmmm,

I recently sold my wives Verizon galaxy nexus and it was rooted when sold ( per the request of the buyer they wanted to keep it rooted)

Apparently she used to have a blackberry and went into Verizon today to transfer her contacts from the blackberry to the rooted nexus and Verizon said they can't help her because she is rooted..

So now this lady is upset because she can't transfer her contacts, but she LOVES being rooted.

Any pointers that I can pass on? Any help is appreciated.

Thank you

Is the bootloader unlocked as well? Try OTA Rootkeeper to hide root, and Segv11's bootunlockr to temporarily lock bl. How did they discover that she's rooted? None of their business!

Why not just transfer contacts to a desktop and then transfer from the desktop to the Gnex? That'/s essentially what the Vz store would do.
Qualcomm QPC-800 (1997), Motorola v60 (2003), Motorola RAZR (2005), Samsung X820 (2006), T-Mobile Dash [htc S620] (2007), Nokia E71x (2009), Nokia N900(2010), Motorola Atrix 4G (2011), Google Galaxy Nexus:AT&T, Google Nexus 4:T-Mobile (2012)

I had to do this when my wife moved from BB to Gnex. I used a Mac Snow Leopard, so I can't say if Win is any different...

Sync the BB with the BB Desktop software, then sync the BB Desktop phone book with Mac Contacts.

Check options on Mac Contacts to allow to sync to Google Contacts, then sync those.

Clean up Google Contacts manually (online or in Gnex) to make sure everything is in the correct spot (i.e. nicknames, business names, notes, etc...). If her contacts list is just names and numbers, this last step may be unnecessary.

Yea her bootloader is still unlocked as well. I'm not sure why Verizon wouldn't be able to help her.. Are they just being stubborn?
