Normally costum Roms have a low battery usage. E.g. the costum Roms from viper or maximums hd

Yes, the Viper ROM is quite good at this point.. Also smartass v2 governor reduces the battery drain a little bit.

I used the 1900mah (needs modded battery cover) some years ago and still runs fine.

1According to my own experience i haven't seen people mentioning a great difference between a stock and, let's say a 1500 mAh battery. Or am i wrong? i mean, with my current battery (more than an year old now) i'm getting 3 days of standby time with little use and with moderate use i get around 1-2 days (mostly 1 day) with moderate to heavy use when using internet...which is, i mean pretty much like any other smartphone out in the market.
