Unknown Phone?

Hello you all,
I have a Galaxy Y with creed's rom 3.5. Now, suddenly, it shows "No service". I dialed *#1234#, and the screenshot is attached below. Please, I need some help.
PS.: I dont have a PC now, if I had, I would just flash modem with Odin.

the only option would be reflashing to a stock rom

You should switch back to your stock rom.....or install through oddin
