[Q] is my nook dead ?

Hello Folks !

Yesterday evening when i woke up my nook, there was a splash on the screen as you can see on the picture I added.

Is there any way of cleaning it, or is my nook dead ?

I tried severals resent ans the splash is still there

Sorry, it looks pretty much like your Nook was dropped on its corner and shattered internal connections.
