Yes, just make sure you get the AT&T LTE sim. I cut mine down and called ST to start the port (I couldn't get it to work online). The number port went through after a couple hours, texts and MMS started working about 6 hours later.
If you do try the online port and it fails, the service plan code will show as used in their system. Don't freak out if they tell you you need a new service plan, you don't. Just tell them you tried to register online and it failed.
