[Q] No access/mount of SD card in PC/Mac?

Hi everyone, yesterday I faced a strange problem and can't find the solution yet:
My SD Card seems to work just fine, I can see all the files with File explorer, open them, etc, but when I connect it to my MacBookPro it doesn't mount so I can copy-paste files on it. I get an error message: "The disk you inserted was not readable by this computer".
Strangest thing is I can see the files of the SD through Sony Bridge for Mac...
Any ideas on how I can mount it again?
