Omg is there trouble with active notifications?
thats so sad :(

They work it's just the circle to pull down is gone. Any one who is going to attempt this realize that once you update if you want to go back by restoring a back up you have to do a full fxz. I did a save data fxz and got a fc for media it told me I had to wipe my data partition. I could not get into my sdcard so if you havent backed up your sd card you sol. You have to do a full fxz to go back to the original OS.

Thanks for the report. Issue addressed, and solution uploaded with directions. If you hop back on this port, you will be able to go back without losing data again.

I also noticed when I hit the menu button it doesn't have a recent app page anymore. It opens a menu for apps wallpaper etc.

I flashed it but there is no sound. They say mini and ultra are using different audio hardware, that makes their audio drivers different..
Anyway ypu are doing a great job!

The existence of the FXZ in the OP is making me ask this ignorant question, but there's no reason why I couldn't just try this out, and if I want to return to 4.4 just restore a TWRP backup, correct?

Thanks for doing this btw...I'm hopeful that development is going to go crazy now with all these newly unlocked bootloaders!

Ok got it. I'm running this already and it doesn't look like I'll be going back to 4.4 lol.

One question...anyway to get the recent apps? The recent apps hardware key is acting like a menu button, and I tried to tweak it with gravitybox kk but the changes don't take.

Thanks again. I love the new dialer. This is what the 4.4 update should have been in the first place!

Uploading a flashable zip to address this now.

edit /system/usr/keylayout/ synaptics_dsx_i2c.kl, change the key61 as follow:

Thank you both. I made the change in Root Explorer already and it worked, but if you need me to test the zip let me know. I'll restore the backup of that file and flash the zip.

Anyone noticed that instead of active notifications we are getting the green led working and flashing once per each notification

I did notice that but haven't paid much attention to it.

Side note: Yet another unsuccessful night last night of working on active display
