Cant update 4.4.4 firmware

Hey guys...

I cant update on 4.4.4, my phone download update and after i click to install it, he tell me:"Could not install update. Try again later". I dowlnoaded few times, but still nothing...

How can i fix it? With Sony Update Service?

R u on unlocked bootloader ? u always can flash with flashtool 4.4.4 but u will lose everything from phone..

Dont know, i think its locked, i bought phone 3 moths ago, i didnt flash any custom rom or unlock bootloader or do anything on him...
