cant seems to install this update 16.2.5... tried almost everything i know... pressing the inztall button after download, move to root andinstallas update.zip and using cwm choose zip from sd....everytime i will have a frozen splash screen after reboot...is there something i missed?

AOSP tethering not working
hey guys i clean update aosp version and everything is fine for me even the battery life is awesome but for me is USB tethering does not working... can someone let me know if it works ? cuz i see on update that it works on 3.5 version update...

is it worth all the effort....i mean to backup with titanium bckup again... then restore...then... setting up things...and so on and so fort....because i have a vrry stable one right now before update...

I did a Speedtest HTC Evo 3D (makious 16.2) VS iPhone 4s. Same provider, same place, same speed test server, same signal strenght, 5 runs. All background syncs deactivated.
Evo 3D 5x runs: 300-350kb/s
iPhone 4s 5x runs: 800-850kb/s
The last month I already thought my Evo is way slower than other devices, but now I know it.

suggest running the test multiple times
and also, it depends on the ROM and the RIL tweaks inserted to speed that up
i've tested PIMP MY ROM app, and it works for faster 3g speeds

I want to wipe and start again. So I just wipe, install 16 base then boot it up. Set everything up, then in cwm clean cache and dalvik before installing 16.2.5 right? No need for any of the intermediary updates correct?

Yes, wipe everything, install base, boot it up,set up everythijlng, activate Security, then install 16.2.5. No need to clean cache and dalvik.
