If you're using a different launcher, then you have to go into settings, wallpapers, and lockscreen wallpaper, and there should be an option for "lockscreen gallery"

did you flash any of the extras? I had that same issue as you did. But when reflashed and wiped to 1.29 everything works without any extras..
just wondering, maybe i missed something, but using stock cm kernel with 1.29 qik wont work to record video but stock will. anyone know a way to get it to work? if i get it ill post. thanks

You flashed the CM6 fix that had the 3D Gallery fix, and that breaks the option to add optional lockscreen wallpaper..... it's a bummer you gotta flash it again and make sure you don't do flash the Gallery fix.... The new rom works fine so you shouldn't have any issues!

You are using the CM gallery3d app. This causes you to lose optional lock screens.
I am working in building a modified version for MIUI that will bring in the speed of the CM app without losing the lock screens.

You probably flashed the cm gallery app just flash the rom overtop of your current setup only wiping dalvik and cache and you will be good

Which version did you use to flash the icons? 4.1.5, 4.10, 4.0.1, 4.0?? I cant seem to get any of them to work.

You don't have to reflash. Just pull the gallery apk out of 1.29 and push it to /system/app.

Btw did anybody who had trouble with the kernel in rom try out the test kernel I dropped a few post back I need to know if it proves to b stable for all phones while still keeping the benefits of HAVS

I haven't had a chance to flash the new one yet (at work), but then again, I haven't had any problems on the last version, so...
Glad to hear it helps with the Gallery3D speed. Kernel tweaks may be faster than rebuilding the app (especially until I can get a working machine running ubuntu). If you want to help on that, I forked the CM version and made some changes already -- I think the next step is modifying /src/com/cooliris/media/Wallpaper.java and probably CropImage.java. Check it here: http://github.com/cayniarb/android_packages_apps_Gallery3D
I get this as well. Was very annoyed when trying to respond to someone and the KB kept closing on it's own. I'm sure that an error is involved, so I'll try and capture a logcat when it happens again.

How-to Change Fonts System Wide:
- pick your favorite font (from fachadick here)
- open it with 7-zip or similar
- go to /ststem/fonts
- change DroidSans.ttf to Arial.ttf
- change DroidSans-Bold.ttf to Arial-Bold.ttf
- rezip
- resign

Apparently, fonts for this are pretty hit-or-miss. Comfortaa works great. SonySketch does not. Some fonts cause the phone to hang at the splash screen.
I swear, these screenshots are not photoshoped, and there is no secret magic in the above zip -- it does work.
