Did you extract the zip and load the XML????

It's all good now. I think installing Motorola drivers fixed the problem. I didn't know that would make a difference. I'm used to working with nexus devices.

Nope. Unlocked bootloader is only needed for custom ROMs.do you need an unlocked bootloader to rsd lite these? I know with my xt910 I just needed to make sure to choose one from my region....
Thanks
Can any of these be flashed to any region phone? I remember with the original RAZR you had to flash one that was in your region!
KK 4.4.2 is already out for XT925.
Anyway to get the firmware for flashing with RSD Lite?
I screwed up and now ended up with locked bootloader and brick after a retail EU OTA for 4.4.2
Need rsdlite flashable 4.4.2 to ressurect my phone. Anybody seen that anywhere?
I believe there's not one available at the moment, you would have to rsdlite back to jb to revive your phone. Also, there are certain lines on the XML file that you need to delete to make the downgrade possible.

I'm getting error that the site with ROMs is down. Doesn't anyone have the Roger's Canadian stock ROM?
I wonder with people who had unlocked bootloaders that end up getting locked where moto-unlocked (ie; website) or were unlocked outside of that (like motochopper or whatever it's called)?
I took the OTA, my bootloader is still unlocked. It was unlocked before the OTA. But I did mine via the Motorola bootloader unlock website.
EDIT: I also wonder if those now with locked bootloaders can unlock via the website? I don't recall seeing any posts about that.
MotoChopper is the rooting tool and MotoPocalypse is the bl unlocking one and it's what I used for unlocking and my bootloader has remained unlocked upon receiving the kitkat OTA
Hi Dani - Its mean we can update now with RSDLite...?
Does it worth re-flashing again with RSD ?
