I now have a 95% functioning device, everything except the sim card works and I'm willing to test root methods on it. The bootloader is locked and it is on 4.4.2 KK. I think downgrading is impossible at this point with it looking like a qFuse is blown on updating but I'm not beyond testing any new root method.
