Stock Email app problem

Hello there
I have the stock rom and i have a problem with it. My email app everytime removes email that i received. I can just receive 5 email and then it removes. Is there a setting to set it that it doesn't remove email so fast?

I am having the similar issue. Stock email on lge98020g removed a new email i add.my phone is rooted.Can anyone please suggest alternate option or a way to fix this.
