NO, there is no confirmed way to update and root without tripping Knox at this time.
stuck in boot loop
Hi,
I can not get my phone into download again. I tried to root using Odin 1.85 with a TAR that I rooted my phone with before. Now I see flashing on and off the galaxy note icon:
recovery booting,
recovery is not sendroid enforcing ,
set warranty bit : recovery.
I have removed the battery without any positive results so far.
I would appreciate any suggestions,

Read the thread, its not that long
- the old root and recovery images don't work. Use the ones I linked earlier, or the other ones that have been linked in this thread.Edit to update: download mode doesn't depend on anything that is installed, so you should still be able to get there: Unplug everything. Remove the sd card (for safety.) Remove the battery. Count to 5. Replace the battery, then hold down vol-down and home BEFORE holding power. Keep holding them until it goes to download mode. From there you should be able to fix whatever got broken (probably recovery)

Your phone would have no data, as TMO and Verizon use different Radio Towers. Please do not use this to flash anything other than TMO compatible GSM Tower Phones.

Hello my friend.
Right now, my phone has a 4.3 rooted firmware, but I would like upgrade 4.4.2 firmware, rooted yet.
With this firmware can I unroot my phone and go back 4.4.2 stock firmware, I need follow the steps in that place?

Just to confirm .. cf auto root zip 9005 works on the 900t kitkat update for root but the 900t cf auto root doesn't?

Yes that is correct unless something has changed since the week of the kk release ota. But either way, the one for 9005 will work

(The links below are to my mirror, feel free to gather them elsewhere. I found gathering all this to be a royal pita, but I don't do much/anything with Windows, so ymmv.)
You probably won't lose your data, but don't be careless. Take a backup first, remove your external SD card, etc.
This should work no matter what mod you have running currently.
Download some stuff:
Odin Tar
Odin program
Samsung Drivers
Modded Philz Recovery
Superuser.zip (The closed-source one, unfortunately supersu didn't work for me.)
Install the drivers, unzip the Odin Tar zip (so you have a tar.md5) and flash that from download mode. (Boot holding vol-down and home.)
Let the phone reboot on it's own, it will boot recovery to update the bootloader/modem/etc and then boot Android.
Once it is in Android, go back to download mode and flash the modded recovery. Then boot recovery mode (vol-up and home) and flash (or sideload) the superuser.zip.
Once you reboot from there, you should be up to date and rooted. This WILL WILL WILL set the warranty flag. If you stop with the first time you boot into Android, it shouldn't change the flag (if it is unset, it should stay that way.)
And for pete's sake, if it helped hit thanks. Costs nothing6The bootloader on the N900T is in fact unlocked and we can flash roms I can verify this because I am running stock 4.4.2 and using Philz newest recovery that is listed under htle in his file host
