I suggest you to go to your stock Defy+ ROM and calibrate battery over there.

I'm sure that I did something wrong with all these calibrations so I fill go back to stock Froyo and try to fix it. I had 3 days battery life with MS2Ginger2.1 but now only 1!!!
Something's strange in neighborhood I should call ghostbusters!!! :D

Now i decide to put a new Battd file from the stock rom and i try again this hard calibration: charg at 100%. after step 8 i see 5% and 4317mv.
(100% full for defy+ battery is approximately 4320mV)

Ok. for the moment with this method, for me, battery drain is regular.

2012/01/25|22:48:21|-148mA|63%|3838mV|30.0ºC|1|0
2012/01/25|22:58:21|-74mA |60%|3805mV|31.0ºC|1|0
2012/01/25|23:08:21|-293mA|58%|3818mV|31.0ºC|1|0
2012/01/25|23:18:21|-254mA|55%|3764mV|33.0ºC|1|0
2012/01/25|23:28:21|-703mA|49%|3733mV|33.0ºC|2|0

U have battery drops again as I can see.

The BMW update is for 10mn and i was watching a video + wifi

But now i have restoring DHT_25 and i can see 37% (3730mv) {49% (3733mv) with cm7}. Tomorrow i'll try calibration with DHT_25

i have try a little test to compare the battery % with my nandroid recovery:
1 = Nightly cm7
2= DHT_25
3 = 2.3.6 4.5.1-134_DFP-139 retail FR (full sbf)

So:
before backup with 1 = 89%
i restore backup 2 = 92%
i restore backup 3 = 74%
i restore backup 1 again = 88%
i restore backup 2 again = 69%
i restore backup 3 again = 64%
i restore backup 2 again = 59%
i restore backup 1 again = 59%

(wipe battery stats every time )

I think it's a normal battery drain because of 7 system restore but the % is not normal. CM7 manage well the % only under 60%

Another test with the last cm7 nightly build (2012-01-27)
DHT_25:
2012/01/27|15:17:00|-17mA|68%|3933mV|31.0ºC|0|0
2012/01/27|15:22:00|-15mA|68%|3933mV|31.0ºC|0|0
2012/01/27|15:27:00|-14mA|68%|3933mV|31.0ºC|0|0
2012/01/27|15:32:00|-13mA|68%|3933mV|31.0ºC|0|0
2012/01/27|15:37:00|-12mA|68%|3933mV|31.0ºC|2|0
2012/01/27|15:41:03|-12mA|67%|3919mV|26.0ºC|1|0
cm7 Nightly:
2012/01/27|15:47:04|-6mA|84%|3832mV|29.0ºC|1|0
2012/01/27|15:48:45|-12mA|84%|3832mV|29.0ºC|2|0
2012/01/27|15:51:05|-6mA|84%|3856mV|30.0ºC|1|0
2012/01/27|15:56:03|-221mA|83%|3883mV|28.0ºC|2|0
2012/01/27|15:59:42|-221mA|83%|3883mV|28.0ºC|1|0
2012/01/27|16:03:01|-110mA|83%|3816mV|29.0ºC|1|0

Is possible to contact cyanogen team for this problem?

Just a couple things :)

Battery Calibration is a Myth, and doesnt actually do anything...

Second thing, how guys are you getting mAh readings with the phone? As far as I know the Batt drivers provided by Motorola doesnt give out that info! :)

Well I don't know, but BatteryMonitorWidget gives current readings somehow...Maybe it just measures it from Voltage then converts it. When I install CurrentWidget from Market I can't see current drain, that's a fact :D

And yes, u can calibrate battery but not by removing batt stats file, but charging it and discharging it couple of times properly ;-)

Exactly :) the ooold manual calibration hehe.

Im gonna checkout BatteryMonitorWidget then, I found one (dont remember which one) that gave estimates and no actual readings :(

Motorola doesnt seem to include this feature on their drivers -_-

Nope...Im currently on 2.3.6_4.5.2-109 DHT25_themed MultiLanguage, but it started long time ago. When I was changing ROMs. So I don't know which one cause that. I noticed on MS2Ginger2.1 when I installed it right after CM7.1... So maybe it was MIUI which I had before CM7 or CM7 or MS2Ginger...I don't know...

Now Im tryin to recalibrate phone and battery :D
Will post resaults latter today, or tomorrow (depends when my phone dies :D )

Battery drain

So I finally posted my battery results in this thread: http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=1463951

It is quite long text but you can see what I've done so far and what is the product of it.
For the moment I'm looking for a way to perform CLEAN install of 2.3.6 ROM and start using my battery as it should be.

Any questions, just ask.

ps. If smn answers me about makin my phone OK again I will tell you.

Cheers.

Try recalibrating with the method in this link: http://xdaforums.com/showpost.php?p=11803458

I've used this many times without issues and it always helps with my battery life. With the Defy you have to follow the method that requires reinserting the battery before the lockscreen pulls up.

I have try a new 'method' to have a clean reinstall: (ps: i'm a noob, so perhaps is not a good way:D)
backup all (rom and sdcard) then:
1: Wipe data and cache from cmw in 'custom' recovery
2: wipe data and cache from cmw in 'stable' recovery
3: wipe data and cache from cmw in 'stock' recovery ( see Here how to do)
4: reinstall my full sbf( use the right sbf if you want downgrade) (for me, i don't care, so i have flashed a full sbf 2.3.6) and sdcard files
    5: charge phone at 100%
    After this steps:
    6: root the phone
    7: reinstall sndInitDefy
    8: reinstall Nightly backup
    9: waiting for 'battery death'
    10: charge 100% phone again

Wait and see now if i have battery gap in cm7 nightly (don't have with DHT25 multilanguage)
Ps: other guys have the same battery gap (link)

hey guys, I've found a fix for defy+!

You replace the libandroid_server.so with this one. I don't battery gap anymore! :D
The rest of the file is for battery charge fix, which is optional if your battery charges up to approximately 4.3mv.

*always remember to backup the current file!

If I've helped, press the thanks button. :)
