Fantastic tool. Just checked is for my SalesCode DBT and i also get the decrypt code. Is it possible to implement the Sales Code XEG.

it seems that on the OCLF it also does not work it gives same result as on voodoo lagfix: I get a black screen.

New version uploaded. Please try it out and report!

Changelog

2nd Attempt to fix root issue.
Product Code list is now downloaded and saved to device.
Added menu to update Product Code list.

edit:
the black screen is caused because lack of busybox. Install it and it will work.
I'm working on a solution that do not require busybox.

A new version is uploaded!

v. 0.2.1
Black Screen should be gone now. If still happends, install busybox from market.
Added message saying if your firmware is up to date or if there's a new available.

Just tried the latest version on my i9000M, still ain't working with root access (black screen), even though I do have BusyBox (installed by Titanium Backup). W/o root access I have to type in my own product code, as it doesn't have it listed--which I didn't do as I don't know the HIDSWVER. All in all, I couldn't use it. Would you consider adding the I9000UGJH2 product code and the corresponding HIDSWVER to the list please?

Try download and install busybox app from market. Titanium uses its own.

I can add to list but I dont know the correct hidswver, there is a way to find pda, csc and modem by using a code, which I dont know right now (Im out having a beer).

Same here i have busybox + i9000M and it still says "No firmware found."

To find pda, csc and phone version type *#1234# in the dialer. Pm me those codes and your product code.

This will make it alot easier for me to add codes to the preset list.

I have some school work to do today, so Ill continue on the bug fixes later this week.

New Version!

v. 0.2.2
Requires BusyBox to find Product Code.
Fixed error handling when a command is not found.
Should not give black screen anymore.

Great to hear! Do you also get an output?
I forgot to mention that I added detection of device model, that is if its a I9000M, but I couldnt test it because I dont ha a I9000M device.

Would you please paste the auto-discovered codes and output?

    I'm doing this on my free time, which I don have a lot of at the moment. Please respect that.

    Even though SamMobile still can dowload doesn't mean that their solution is suited for the Downloader.
    Please let me work out a good solution before I release an update.

    No need to fight over this. The files are still available somewhere. Be glad that it didn't stop completely...

    Hey. I'm working on a new version of CheckFus Downloader. :)

    I have all things working, just need to get the time to wrap things together. The new version will be somewhat limited compared to the current, but at least it will work.

    Just hang in there a week or two, I have a lot of school atm. :)

    Meanwhile you can use SamMobile.com to download and check for newer versions.
