Sir i think you need to look at a little "how to" demonstration for creating a thread. You aren't being specific. You MUST wipe your phone when switching ROMS and if your asking is it worth it as an opinionated question then dont ask. Not everyone is the same so its up to you as a user to try out the ROMs and pick out which ones you think are best. So in short yes you MUST wipe when going into CM from another ROM and hell yes its worth wiping everything but SD card everytime you are going to a different rom
