I am using XYLO'S AOKP Milesstone 5 v2 ROM and have no problems with VIBER or ANDROID'S build in VOIP functionality for incoming or
outgoing calls. Any newer roms i have used so far do not function for VOIP calls. My only problem is when using my BT (Jabra 8040) to answer VOIP calls.
I hope Milestone 6 if it ever comes, will have the same functionality.

WiFi dependent upon SD card
Okay, here's the deal -
I realized my SD card was not being recognized again when I tried to take a picture. After numerous insertions of the card, I finally got it to be recognized and guess what? the WiFi started working again!
Who knew they were interdependent!

The whole ROM started beautifully for me. I liked the fact that the ROM is lean and mean and hence, gives us a chance to modify it according to our needs which ofcourse i did. I made a lot of changes, installed Apps etc. but started noticing Random Reboots...Specially when launching an application which is slightly heavy like Skype etc. It got so bad that I actually had to re-install an older version of a different ROM which was able to take these multiple modifications from me. My question is. I have a Class 4 8 GB SD. Would it matter if I actually put a Class 10 in it. My guess was, the modifications and the slow speed of SD Card has added to this whole issue. Any inputs will be greatly appreciated.

your problem may be due to app2sd reading.........get the aokp jelly bean2 rom on native sd......just flies
Thanks ! I have ordered a Class 10 16GB Card. I will try use this ROM and JB with it. Hope, it's all worth spending on the new card
question, how do i get this notification bar with the toggles and all in another build?.. i tried the link to the mods but it only shows the toggles in tablet mode.. im trying to get this look in pa1.5b
try the latest PACman rom...latest PA+AOKP+CM10 all together in a single rom:silly:

well that was a waste of time.. its like a pentium 4 running on windows 7
i think imma stick with this aokpa.. works flawless with google now... but im having stability issues.. i have the internal memory manager set at 50mb ... am i missing something? it usually happens when starting an app.. it just reboots.... ill post my logcat later
didnt get any good information from my logcat.. im partitioned at 6/250/6 lot of hot reboots force closes and apps just exiting with no error.. i do have the m7offline google now flashed in also.. where did i go wrong.. i dont want to try any other rom because this is a smooth ics with the swagger toggle :'(
Try redownload the .zip, maybe it got corrupted.
Do a fresh install.
The correct partition is:
misc ya 1M
boot yboot|ro 5M
system ya 150M
cache ya 2M
userdata ya|asize|hr allsize
In the worst case, try system 200mb.

thank you sooo much for some feedback .. i will try that 1 more quick ? i flash the offline version of google now which asks for 60 extra mb on the system partition should ... 210 for system should do?

i went into system/etc/init.d and deleted the cpu undervolt script the free ram script and the tweaks script and it seems to be a bit more stable only 1 hot reboot today
final post.. i task 29'ed and went back to clk 1.4.0.1 from 1.5 with a 220 partition 5mb cache & boot and no issues anymore.. sorry to bother but hope this helps someone.. no scripts removed btw

Hello, first thank you for this rom, I encounter some problem, I find it very reactive, open to applications or to the parameters are rather slow.
Then if I reboot and my hd2 I still have this message "the system processor does not respond" is there a solution?
then some application like Handcent SMS the market tells me that this application is not compatible with my hd2!
I made several wipe it makes no difference if someone could help me.

Do you have any idea what you are talking about ?
This is AOKP and most of 'the problems' you are talking about (except the occasional hot reboots) are either user or AOKP related and not me killing it BRO..
If you don't like the latest updates feel free to use one of the other 20 aokp versions I've made available for the HD2 users or check one of the other perfect roms..
I have decided to put this rom ON HOLD until I find a way and time learning myself to build this thing from source so I can decide myself what to include and especially what NOT to include, since I am also not happy with the current state of AOKP in general..
For now.. I want to thank all loyal users for the great time and I hope you have enjoyed it40
