Does anyone have the stock boot/shutdown animation.zip files or know where to find them?! I thought Id like this but the boot-up time with this animation is too long for me.

Did you give right permissions and name it like the original boot and downanimation?

So I'm using the AT&T M8 and I have supercid but when I change it to 0P86BIMG, and flash through hboot, it says "invalid model id". Any suggestions?

Whats the output of "fastboot getvar all" in hboot? The MID you tell seems really strange to me and has nothing to do with your CID. Nevertheless I removed the Splash from OP since it seems to be outdated (just for Verizon) and there is another Splashscreen Thread in Themes Forum.

Here is all you need. On the last page is an inverted version of the Stock splash. As far as I see they are mostly flashable via recovery.Since I don't use custom splash I dunno if you need to change something in the zip for AT&T. Just ask in the thread.

can u please make Blacked 4.4.4 Boot Animation or just upload the source and i will do it my self cuz my Photoshop skills is kinda weak and i cant it by inverse the color cuz of HTC logo and if i inverse every thing but the logo the fade out gose away and become not exist

Could work like that, but I didn't use that method for the light one cause there was no need to do so
ATM no time for a black out version cause I'm currently repaper half of my house.

Instructions
Attached are the bootanimation and downanimation ZIPs, these are no Recovery zips. Depending on what ROM you are:
1. Rename the animations properly after bootanimation naming convention of your ROM
2. backup your original Boot- and Downanimation
3. push new Animations to the right folder of your ROM
4. Give permissions (6-4-4, rw-r--r--)
5. If you got bootloop or stuck, please boot to recovery and wipe cache and Dalvik, if that does not work use Animations from Point 2
With ROMs like ViperOne you just need to select them in settings.
