I've been throttled non-stop since the end of December, 0.30 Mbps is what I've been throttled down to. They never warned me, just started throttling out of no where. I'd call in to complain, but when MMS went down for a month and a half in the fall, they said everything was fine on their end, despite all the complaints on their straight talk forum. Their customer service department isn't worth the call. I think I'm going to try Red Pocket and see if I can get the full 2 gigs of data without being throttled. I say "full 2 gigs" because I've read that H2O Wireless which also offers a 2 gig plan at the same price, throttles users after 500Mb.

That's is correct. I just switched from H2o because they throttle after 500MB.

I switched to Red Pocket which offers the same plan. We'll see if they throttle too.
