Here is a really good fat32 format utility, works great in all versions of windows
and it's fully compatible with all mcroSD and other cards, flash drives and HD's.

Reading has nothing to do with what is. I have always gotten email and notifications while in sleep mode. Last time I checked, emails came thru on data. If anything else was getting cut off, I have never noticed it before or after changing to MK2 or from day one on this phone.

Reading has everything to do with it. If you read you would know that data affected by the MDL baseband. It is this way for everyone. It's in the code and numbers don't lie. If you never had an issue with data (voice and LTE) on a 4.3 TW Rom using the MDL modem, then you are the one person in the world who is not effected by the laws of the universe. If that is you, you should call Scott Pilgrim and have coffee or something. ;)

Never mind I just discovered I have the Knox **** on my phone and cant root im on Android 4.2.2 MDL and have KNOX I managed to flash CWM Recovery and it sticks but cant Root??

Have you tried to Odin flash cf-auto-root?

It might also be a good idea to go to the playstore and download/install supersu as well.

I did and only have CWM RECOVERY cant install Root it says Knox has been detected do you want to disable? I hit yes and it says error cannot disable Knox and SU closes

In a case like yours, since you already have KNOX I would odin flash the official
MK2 4.3 TAR firmware and after successfully odin flashing it you should not have
any problems rooting or odin flashing custom recovery (twrp/cwm) .

Here is the download link for the official 4.3 MK2 M919 100% stock odin flash firmware:

Unzip the zip file and you will see the odin flash TAR.

I was on 4.2.2 and flashed this ROM. Still my baseband is M919UVUAMDL.
Do I need MK2 firmware as well? I'm seeing some connection drops (calls and data both).

You will only see MK2 as your baseband if you odin flash the MK2 modem.bin.
Without flashing the MK2 modem.bin your baseband will remain MDL.

You don't need the MK2 odin flash firmware, it will give you both KNOX and the MK2 baseband!

Trying it now. I know in the past i've used Linux to write the radio/modem files.
Now need a Windows machine to do the same :) thank u.

I assumed it was Knox free I bought it new and it came with official 4.2.2 MDL it was supposed to be Knox free but it wasn't

    NOTE: The Stock M919UVUEMK2_M919TMBEMK2_M919UVUEMK2_HOME.tar.md5 Inside The Zip File Is Plain Stock So By Flashing This It Will Trigger The KNOX Warranty Which Based From What I Have Read In The Forums That No T-Mobile Employee Doesn't Even Check Or Never Even Heard Of!

    INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

    1. First What Your Going To Need To Do Is Download This Zip - CLICK HERE

    Darthstalker will have it all and other new goodies! I have been doing my best to make this build perfect and also updating the kernel to make everything work as the way it should so then i can start working on Darthstalker. Its going to take me some time since I have to redo every single modification for Darthstalker on the newest 4.3 build, but it will be worth it.

    No need to flash/odin flash any bootloaders.

    I don't know why people are asking about flashing bootloaders, there
    is nothing wrong with the bootloader in this rom since the devs found
    a way to fix the issue before the rom was even uploaded to xda.

    As far as the MODEM goes I found that it's optional.
    With or without the MK2 modem everything works.

    So we have a choice of keeping the MDL modem and baseband
    or odin flash the MK2 modem to get the MK2 baseband.

    Whichever works best for us as far as data, signal bars and reception.

    Either way, wifi and incoming/outgoing calls work PERFECTO!
