Probably lost your recovery
Did you just wipe your data, cache and/or dalvik from your recovery and not flash a new rom? More than likely you did something that got your recovery erased. You should just reload your recovery from the bootloader. I know I've had to do it a couple of times when I wasn't paying attention to what I was doing in my recovery.

Open a root browser and find the "installrecovery.sh" file (I don't remember the location) and put ".bak" at the end of the filename. Reboot to fastboot and flash recovery, then you can successfully boot into it.
