Help me with Relock

XPERIA PRO
First I unlocked my bootloader using sony official method.
Then I recloked it using the ftf provided.
Now when I again tried to unlock it via official method it says unlock request fails in fastboot.
Then I tried to unlock with FlashTool and it unlocked the BL but in the service menu it still says Bootloader Unlock Allowed : Yes. But it should be bootloader unlocked: yes as it was earlier.
Thought I was able to root it using normal method of DoomLoord by swapping old kernel as I did earlier but when I tried to flash kernel for cm11 it failed.

I want to install CM11 and it's giving me an headache.. can anyone help me please
SOLVED: I solved it myself. but anyways a big thanks to community for a lot of tutorials. I found that the second time I erroneously typed wrong IMEI so I got wrong unlock code from sony. So users who face problems like me are to look for this reason. One more thing that I found even with wrong code flashtool locks and unlocks the phone but actually it does nothing with a wrong code.
