Just follow the installation instructions on the specific thread. If there are no instructions then you should be able to copy the cab to your device and install it from there.

Well thats mainly because I dont have time to trawl through all the pages for new threads and I asked users to post their thread if they want it included. If they dont want to post here its not my faultummm.....d update dates really back...2010..!!
On the other hand if you want to go through the forum and gather some information for me then that would be very useful and make it alot easier to update the thread
