webtop problems

I have an unrooted unlocked bootloader atrix 4g.

For some reason when I put the phone in the lapdock it only mirrors what is on the cell phone. I have installed half of the fruit cakes (235, 236, 236 webtop fixed). I have erased and formatted thru cwm. No matter what I do I cannot get the webtop to work.

Help!

There is stuff that the Webtop is dependent on that is not in the Webtop partition, a full clean sweep flash may be in order.

WARNING - BEWARE THIS MAY BRICK YOUR PHONE IF YOU DON'T PAY ATTENTION

Now that we got that out of the way, maybe you should try flashing .sbf using RSD or something. Or use the Motorola Software Updater (it's the consumer version of RSD, it just forces you onto the latest version).

Fastboot erase everything, including webtop, flash ROM of choice (I am using Nottachtrix 1.3.1), flash 2.3.6 fixed webtop.

That should give you a clean start.

I agree with CaelanT, stay away from RSD unless you absolutely have to...
