V20D? Why would LG release this now and only for a specific region? Anyway, will give it a try.

Thanks, I hope I have found now the kdz-file to flash back the Stock-ROM from MoltenmotherboardAOSP (5.1.1). Since I don't use windows, but linux, maybe someone can give me a link to a thread which explains how to flash the kdz-file. I found threads about this and they have been discussing, that V10 hast to be flashed before.. So what do I have to do? Do I loose TWRP and root, if I flash the kdz-file?

Hi has the former V20C geht an update. If yes when and whats the changelog. U saw any improvements and is the New v20c usable without the bugs, which the stock v20b and former v20c had?
Should we upgrade from v20c to the newer v20c ?

Soory for all the questiones and my bad english ;)

You can usually follow the topic, but does not need to flash v10 ...
can keep doing all the cleaning, get into fastboot and flashing v20 directly.

I am using the Euro Open v20c, did not see any errors or bugs, now you tell me what bugs you found in v20b?
changelog on, do not know where to find about this release and neither earlier.

That sounds interesting. If I need fastboot only, I could try it with linux-fastboot?

I could format the partitions with TWRP (no need to save my own data)

It is a long time ago, that I used fastboot with another brand. How do I get in fastboot-mode? Note, I cannot set USB-debugging, since there is no ROM installed.

What is the command with fastboot to install the kdz-file?

When I plug the phone, it starts loading. Wiht Vol- nothing happens.

When I press Vol- and plug the USB-Cable afterwards I see "S/W Upgrade Please wait while upgrading"

So if I see "S/W Upgrade Please wait while upgrading" and execute "fastboot devices" as root nothing happens

Code:
adb devices
* daemon not running. starting it now on port 5037 *
* daemon started successfully *
List of devices attached

With adb (as root) I do not see any devices too.

Code:
fastboot -i 0x1004 reboot
< waiting for device >

So again, the device is not recognized, but somehow the phone is recognized, when I plug it with the USB-cable to the PC:

Code:
# end of dmesg:
[15922.022852] usb 3-2: new high-speed USB device number 5 using ehci-pci

You cannot use LG fastboot or adb in this mode. You can only use LGMobile Support Tool. On typical usage, the LGMobile Support Tool will read your phone IMEI and details and pull the latest KDZ image for your phone on LG server. For eg. if you model only have officlal JB v20a, then this is what you will get.

Search around XDA and you will find there is hack available to flash any KDZ from any region, as long as your phone can be bootloader unlocked. My LG O4X is SEA version which the latest official ROM is JB v20a. I used the hack to load it up with latest EUR Open, which is JB v20c. If you are going after official ROM, EUR Open v20c is the best version. It comes with more updated Google GMS apps and services compared to v20a.
