Im use the CM10.1 ROM

how i can change the font color in setting to BLACK and change background to WHITE?
.
.
I test the Xblast tools but this app can not change layout menu color!!!!!
.
.
.
Anyone help me?and how can do it?

U ll have to decompile settings.apk
And make changes in style.xml
