I haven't sent it in yet. I'm 1,200 miles from home until around December or January, so I won't be able to send it in until I get home; but after speaking to the Samsung Rep he said it was more than likely a hardware issue and to send it in whenever I can. He also said that, water damage aside (which I know it doesn't have water damage, and I haven't even dropped it) the work would be covered by warranty.
I would say to contact them with your problem, but ya know... obviously don't mention that you're rooted, etc. I just said that I've tried different GPS apps, (Waze, Navigation, Weather apps, GPS Status and Toolbox, etc), Safe Mode (which WAS true), I've tried a factory reset (which was also true), used Kies to return to 100% stock (used Odin instead) and nothing worked.
