[Q] Help Needed -Samsung apps & gear 2

Hey guys I need some help. My Samsung apps store doesn't work in my country so I have been unable to download the gear manager for my gear 2 also I would like to download a few apps from the Samsung store. I attached two pictures of what it kept telling me
