[Q] Root or Flash Phone without cable

Hello everyone,

I tryed multiple time to flash my phone (original ROM) with Odin and other software. Most of the times the connection cannot be established. I have tries with different computers and different cables, including the original one.

I think the Micro USB connector in my phone is broken. I can still recharge but data transfer is not possible.
I have an SD card where i can put a ROM in order to update my phone. But if i'm correct that isn't possible if I don't have ClockworkMod Recovery.

So finaly my question: Is it possible to root and/or flash (CyanogenMod or other) my S3 without a cable?

If i Try to install ClockworkMod Recovery via Rom Manager I get the following error : An error occured while flashing your recovery.

So in order words. If it's not rooted and i have the Stocked recovery I can't do anything without the usb connector.

Isn't there a place where I can find a signed flashable custom recovery?

Is there an easy way to find out if i have OTA?
This is what i get at Sys Info:

You need to post your question in the i9300 forums. These are the SCH-i535 forums and we can not help you even if you can root without a cable cuz the files are entirely different and will hard brick your phone.
