[Q] Google Play Books keeps on reinstalling and reenabling itself back?

Hi.

I noticed my Google Play Books gets re-enabled and reinstalled after I've already uninstalled and disabled it. Any idea how can I prevent it from re-enabling/re-installing back on its own?
