As i said, this has to be installed from recovery-mode - it can't be installed from hboot. That's why i said you may search for the RUU of that version (if existing).

Keep going with this - redownload that file to be sure that it's not damaged.
Try to flash this again with both of your Goldcards, normal SD-card (no Goldcard) and all of them with locked and unlocked bootloader.
