I was running stock 4.3 a few days ago, and I didn't experience any problems with speed. Did you do the OTA update from tmobile to get 4.3?
my note 2 became EXTREMELY slow after installed stock 4.3, like an old phone with arm11 cpu.
i have already wiped but it did not work at all.
does every note 2 become slow on 4.3? and is it possible to downgrade?

I did the OTA at first and it crashed twice within 30 minutes. So I wiped it and used odin to flash it again, it did become better but it was still unacceptable.
