Car Bluetooth

Ok, so first of all amazing ROM!
The only issue for me is car bluetooth, and after working for couple of days it started to connect and reconnect again, after I've been listening to music, so my guess (and this is after testing new radios and few other things) is stock music player does something to bluetooth or bluetooth permissions (as as well as phone it also connects to the car) and once there some connection issues when trying to turn it on through the car, the whole thing just does not work properly.

I never had a problem from update 1 to 6, it started on 8 and seems to happen on 9 again. So for the threads out there that say I've tried all the ROM and it's the same, no it's not it was fine on Update 6 here.

Both fixes don't seem to do anything, as even BT setting stay the same, which is not right it should be a be BT all together, but besides the fixes ( as I believe they are there for the older base anyway)

Possible Fix:
What I did is i did a nandroid restore ( and yes it is a good idea to do a back up right after you flashed both base and update and set up LTE, to keep a clean copy)
!!!1) Before setting up or even turning it on, in Titanium Back up, freeze stock music player. !!! and it is important to do so before touching BT, as it may affect permission and this will not work(make sure not to touch MusicFX as it also affect BT permissions)
2) Reboot the device
3) Open Google Music Player and set up your music( please note if you have more then one playlist, make sure you set them up right as songs wont play continually and you will not have ability to skip them using car controls)
Google Play is same as stock, meaning same functionality, same car features and all, so you are not really loosing anything.
4) No close it
5) Go ahead set up BT with the car, you should get two messages one to permit access to phone book and one to permit accesses to call history (well it depends on the car, but if you have a newer system in it they yes) check mark the box so it does not ask you again and click yes/accept.
6) Enjoy. Should be good from now on, I've been listening for it all day, will test it more and let you know.

I hope Sean sees this and maybe something if anything can be done to the base to correct it, as I am in the car a lot and really need it to work.

Please also share your experience and thought on the problem, so maybe I am wrong and it's not the issue and it's something else and we can all get it fixed.

Strange you're having BT issues, I haven't had any issues connecting to my car in the last 3 updates. I stream music files, pandora, youtube, etc just fine.
Maybe its your car...

i have issues with BT just in the car. Moto S10-HD work fine but this is only affected by a few updates and all the other updates work fine.

not the only one, there are some people here that had issues as well, and other people on XDA too. I mean the two fixes for BT are in OP for a reason, don;t you think?

I never had the issue with other ROM or systems or phones, it started after update 6, so my guess is even if its the car, the problem it is not compatible with something in the ROM.

I am not beatching, I mean if I have to I will roster to the 6, just trying to get it fixed if possible, no harm no offence.

Edit: see while I was typing, mr_clean5953 has a issue as well. Just trying to fix if possible, thanks for the comments that it works fine for you, will keep looking.

My opinion is that the Supercharger script is totally optional. I am getting exceptional performance, Quadrant scores averaging 3700, and phones deep sleeps very well with only about 7 mah battery drain. A times as low as 2 mah. I set the script up on build d8 but decided against it with d9 and I have been very satisfied with it just the way it is.

Exactly what are the advantages of this script supposed to be? If it is performance, I honestly can't tell the difference without it installed. Only thing I really noticed was that battery drain seemed to be higher with the script installed.

It is optional, that's correct. Runs fine with or without.

I got Battery Monitor Widget from the Play store. It is from 3c. Once installed, open it up and click on the little cog in the upper right, then go to "Widget Content" and set the "Widget Top Value" to show Usage (mA). It's not quite as slick as Currenwidget, but it will have to do until RMDroider updates it to work on the Skyrocket.

You should really try to reflash, and if that doesn't work you should odin back to stock and work your way back up to here (make sure you Odin, don't just restore from nandroid.) Sounds like you may have something corrupt...

is NFC fully enabled in this rom? i know i see the settings and its enabled but nothing happens and ive already dled many nfc apps..but its not reading any tags like passports..

INSTALL SMANAGER FROM PLAYSTORE(IF ITS NOT INSTALLED)

Everything you need is on your sd card (only if youve updated to 4.2-7)

Open Smanager

and browse with root permissions

then look on your external sd card under Zmods

you will find V6 Supercharger script

open it   and  click the superuser button above and then click run

Now i have updated Su and Services.jar has been hacked to allow this
script to run with ICS

It will basically take about 5 or more minutes

and run you through a series of prompts


i usually take its suggestions..  i set the superminkiller settings

i turn on set emissions

i allow it to run scripts as necessary .. These are all up to 

you and it being a guided install once complete.. your good to Go

fixed over all lag in certain areas i was noticing
-Replaced bluetooth with the best mix from what i could sense
of working and non working versions

-services.jar repatched for supercharger
-removed all traces of blue glow

i will make a stock  blue glow and coca cola flashable

added v6 install scripts and proper busybox to initialize supercharger

-Removed Ultraconfig from base this way it allows phone to be setup with

-fixed missing apks that caused many errors down the line

Attempted at migrating working bluetooth from previous leak 
Hopefully everything should be fixed
-included hacked Su to be able to run V6Supercharger
-Included sd-ext folder called ZMODS  look there for script
-Included free version of SM (Script Manager)
-Updated Framework and a few icons and colors(little by little) RE-DL LOCKSCREENS
-Updated SystemUi to include proper xml file
-Hacked... Personally the Services.Jar To Allow Script to Run properly As Well
-Added WideBand Line back to Build.prop
-ADDED LEAVES live Wallpaper
-Removed Bad Apks
-Removed Ultraconfig.apk on install of update, the script Deletes it

    yup just got the new sr i can finally transfer things to the sd card via usb

    so stoked .. note dont spill water on this one

    waiting on if i can get a dump from this new leak

    and yup also just playin with some things

    i imagine you should see an update by monday from me with just a few fixes
