/cache ext4 /dev/block/stl14 NULL NULL NULL llw,check=no,nosuid,nodev

Okay.. now all function working fine
Nandroid backup/restore working
CWM restore failed => i think problem with unyaffs, so will try add some tweaks :)
USB mount storage working
Install or flashing ROM working, but only use ext2/3/4 partition not able to use rfs
custom text working
plugins working
battery, only appear info charging or discharge, and also battery status, temperatur not shown
Wipe working but failed when try to wipe boot partition, so i will disable this for my device
reboot recovery working
reboot android working
power off, dunno, i think the problem came from my recovery kernel, because, when i charging and trying to power off the device using recovery menu, and then wait after 3-5 minutes, my device wake up, without i touch the power button, but this not the problem..
Backup compress working
Recovery overclocking working but my recovery kernel still have default freq :D
View log working

I got the Galaxy GT-I8150, AKA Wonder.

I am having a problem, with Recovery actually, just like some others here.

In my case, I have already rooted and upgraded FW from 2.3.5 to 2.3.6 (KJ6) via ODIN.

I did not flash the Recovery until the Custom Rom news was released, and it seemed to go OK.

However, when I boot into Recovery, I get this message at the bottom of the screen, 4 messages initially:

E:can't find misc

I get all the Recovery menus etc, and can carry out such things as changing font colour, etc.

All the time, this message comes in, depending what you are doing.

I thought maybe just a little bug, but it will be OK.

However, When I make a Nandroid, whether to /sdcard or /sdcard/external_sd.....I have chosen both as the Nandroid backup folder location........I can find no Nandroid backup anywhere.

In Recovery, everything seems to complete properly, but......

There is a nandroid folder in my /sdcard, but there are no files or folders in it, it is empty. There is also a folder /sdcard/RZR......which contains 3 files:

.rzrpref_icon_rw (1 Byte) empty file AFAIK
.rzrpref_nandloc_rw (28 Bytes).....this shows /sdcard/external_sd in my case
.rzrpref_rgb (4 Bytes)....some characters, viewed as text

I have tried to make this back-up, with and without auto reboot, with and without compression, but at no stage can I find any Nandroid back-up on either my Internal SD or my external SD.

I have a feeling that there is something connected to the error I am getting:

E:can't find misc

BTW, I can Boot into Recovery either by restarting and 3-fingers, or using Free-from-Market Quick-Boot App

Loads of the Recovery options work as expected......

but.....be careful.

the left-menu soft-key is active in the Recovery, and

will activate whatever option is selected at that time.....

could be disasterous!!!!!!

I will post further info later, as I need to transcribe info from recovery, screen-shot unavailable :p

Meantime, maybe someone has some idea

========================================================

OK, I have done something else to check out internal versus external media:

I have changed the Nandroid location to /data/media/nandroid......

you can do this in RZRecovery

This is my Back-up log, from Recovery:

Starting Nandroid backup.
Mounting...
Destination: /data/media/nandroid/GINGERBREAD.XXKK1-BDSA-20120111-1735

651 MB Required!
862 MB Available!
Dumping boot...
Verifying boot dump... complete!
Dumping system...
Dumping data...
Dumping cache...
Dumping /data/.android_secure...
Dump of the sd-ext partition suppressed.
Unmounting...
Backupup sucessful.
Backup operation took 152 seconds.
Total size of backup: MB.
Thanks for using RZRecovery.

(done)

Now, I got similar when using /sdcard or /sdcard/external_sd

However, in this case, nandroid backup was successful!!!!

Hello XDA!

First of all, I would like to thank all the people who are working for the custom rom for this phone. And to Raidzero for the RZrecovery. I am new new to the android rooting world, and I love all the apps that I installed which are only exclusive to rooted phones. (Juice Defender, SetCPU, quick boot, etc.)

Now my question is, why does everytime I install apps on my GW, it won't work unless I reboot my phone? Is it really necessary to reboot the phone, or I just did something wrong? I rooted using zergrush, done Flashing RZRecovery and installed some apps for rooted phone. Thanks in advance

RZ Recovery for MotoACTV wrist watch.

Hi there,

I was wondering if you could compile a RZ recovery for the Motorola MotoACTV F100 wrist watch.

Would this help ? This was taken from the original recovery.img:

console=/dev/null rw mem=254M@0x80000000 init=/init ip=off brdrev=P1 omap3_die_id androidboot.bootloader=0x0000 mmcparts=mmcblk1:p1(mbmloader),p2(mbm),p3(mbmbackup),p4(ebr),p5(cdt.bin),p6(pds),p7(lbl),p8(lbl_backup),p9(logo.bin),p10(devtree),p11(devtree_backup),p12(boot),p13(recovery),p14(cdrom),p15(misc),p16(cid),p17(kpanic),p18(system),p19(cache),p20(preinstall),p21(userdata),p22(emstorage)

If you require anything else, I'd be glad to help you out.

Thank you for your help.

What can I do to help?

I would love your recovery on the myTouch Q. Let me know what else you need (see others have already provided you with a few things).
