Hi jaguaralani,

thank you for this ROM. Really fast and smooth. Just one problem. If i try to type any Internetadress into the Internetexplorer i alway get forced close "Android process..." and the Explorer shuts down? Any solution for this?

I downloaded and opened it, do as you guide. But when "HTC" display, it quited and restart. I tried some times but it was the same.
I renamed "Desire_DL" folder to "Android" folder and edited "Desire_DL" to "Android" into startup.txt.

Hi, this is my experience with MAGLDR.
First I tried to boot without any changes. After quite a long while, the black screen with the green HTC Logo changed to a black screen for a couple of minutes. Already thinking it´s hanging, it suddenly displayed the screen lock, saying preparing SD Card. But the screen freezed at this stage. Booted three or four times, always the same.
After that I changed
set cmdline "rel_path=Desire_DL nand_boot=1" 1 instead of 0 in startup.txt and
boot_mode=2 instead of 1 in config.txt
After that everything went fine. Going through setup and everything.
But, it takes a long time (several minutes) until Data connection was set. Always saying connecting, but in the end it connected.
But even though it shows the connection arrows, I can´t open any wbsites.
WiFi is working fine.

How is the experience for WINCE booters, depending on connection?

Beside that the build is really incredible fast :D

What's working
Everything as shown in the screenshots, apart from two things:
1-SENSE ( removed completely, you can use any alternative launcher)
2- Video Recording/Playback in 720, I guess everybody knows this

I try record video in 720p (I have HD2 Europe without hspl)
the video comes out with green stripes

cannot use 512Mb data img.. you will get the notice of no available space after first boot finish..

if this build corrects the force close flash content in browser that original markinusx have,it will be super.
can someone check if we can see flash with this rom;

unfortunatelly it doesnt work.for same sites that markinux doesnt work,this rom doesnt work too.i have install adobe flash from post 2,changed browser.apk and also tried dolphin hd,but when flash content in the page,browser closes

    Well, after weeks of work, trials and errors, installs and reinstalls, I managed to rip MarkinuX wonderful build, re build the ROM completely, and managed to fix all the issues in it..

    I tried to contact Markinus many times asking him for permission to post the rebuilt ROM, but he just did not reply, looks like he is busy with his studies...

    Will remove the post immediately if I get any reply from him stating his disapproval...

    Fixes done so far:

    1-Fixed data issues.
    2-Fixed non English characters shown as " ????? "
    3-Added APN data base.
    4-Fixed SD card mount/unmount issue
    5-Fixed Disk Drive issue
    6-Fixed htc Sync
    7-Fixed internet pass through..
    8-Added Battery %.
    9-Added Arabic support
    10-And more........

    Markinus: for the wonderful idea of having a Desire HD build without SENSE which made it SUPERFAST...

    Technical info:

    ROM: Desire HD 1.72 without SENSE for SD use only [hareT] + [MAGLDR]
    Kernel: Rafpigna 1.8 OC


    How to Install:

    1-Download the ROM VERSION 1 VERSION 2
    2-Unzip using 7Zip
    3-Put the folder on the root of your SD card
    4-Download your desired data.img size from the attachments and unzip it into your ROM folder.. (1 GB)-(2 GB)..
    5-Run CLRCAD then Haret..

    And activate speaker once then deactivate during your first call.

    Kernel Update to RAF 1.9 OC ( With EB ) 23-March-2011

    Download the Kernel (Attached) Unzip
    Copy ZIMAGE to ROM folder
    Copy the other folder to the ROOT OF YOUR SD CARD
    Restart

    ppp_mode = ( 0 for RMNET - ( 1 for PPP )
    gps_zone = ( your gps region )
    boot_mode = (1 for haret - 2 for MAGLDR )
    data_img = (1 to use the data.img that you have deopped into ROM folder )

    If you encounter Browser force Close - Download THIS BROWSER and replace it into root/system/app or use another browser like DOLPHIN/SKYFIRE...etc

    Do not change the folder name, just keep it as it is, even if you change the name in startup.txt, it will not work because it is
    hardcoded into initrd.gz.

    I recommend using THIS VERSION OF FLASH PLAYER with this ROM

    I use the 1gb data.img from the first post.
    Works prefectly with MAGLDR and no problems at all with data!
    This is a fantastic build, super fast and I can use RMNET wich is a must for me!
