Agreed confusing, would have been nice to have a simple message explaining what is happening. I have used both on my note but @herna is an excellent coder perhaps thread closed till the problems with Jenkins he mentioned is fixed?

Mokee is a great ROM also, either ROM I am happy with.

Shalom and kind regards, john

Yes, I opened the zip file and change build.prop to 268 DPI :cowboy:

OK, will OTA still work when changing DPI to 268?
because somewhere written that changing system files will not allow OTA.
Assuming OTA would still work with DPI changed - will OTA reset the DPI to 320?

And especially OTA I think is great feature - This would be one of the main reasons for me for using this ROM
I am sick for using full wipe and setting up the ROM again ....

Thanx

I never use OTA because I like to customize the rom with launcher bootanimation and ringtones
But I just use Root Explorer to open the zip and change DPI before upgrading

I just tested you can not do with OTA, I do not find build.prop in the zip.

I'm sorry you can change DPI after upgrade

Lol...the OTA package isn't that simple...it is in patch/build.prop.p...a patch file...so if you modify a system file, the patch fails...

Yes, after you have downloaded OTA I looked mkupdater, zip file, folder patch / build.prop.p and did not find anything to change
so I suggested changing DPI after upgrade with Root Explorer :D

it's own risk, and don't complain after, that's why i'm Freerider for fun

Thanks! @Ryuinferno & @herna for this great ROM.

I'm facing a peculiar problem with the music players (apollo, Player pro, Moodagent, etc), they all hang after playing for sometime. I'm on the 24-Jan stable release, is anyone else facing the same issue?

Again something related to OTA.

Is it correct that I don´t need to full wipe using OTA?

Is there already Gapps included, or do I need to apply them once and then it is kept when OTA?
Can I use any Gapps and OTA will still work?

Thanks for explanation

    Introduction:
MoKee OpenSource is based on the Google AOSP. We update our source code frequently to keep up with the latest development, and not forgetting to merge in special features of our own at the same time.

Since this project is open source, anyone interested can participate in the development (maintain new devices, contribute code etc). Newcomers are always welcomed! :)

    CHANGELOG:
    http://changelog.mfunz.com

Since we're updating frequently, making manual changelogs ain't possible anymore...:p

And also take note that although I am involved in the development of this ROM, but I do not own the device, so I might not be able to answer your device specific questions...:(

This is the same ROM, just now it is on Original Developement Section. Now I am the owner of that thread, so think that this is the old one where you were downloading builds :p
