That's odd, I will look at the log once I can...(awaiting access)
But it works every time for me.
I don't know what recovery you used to wipe your data with or if you have restored contacts somehow, but I am guessing there is a conflict there somehow.
I can easily open either dialer at any time I choose.
But I will take a look at the log.

No kind of restore except regular Google restore. I use the regular twrp 2.7. Tried to wipe app data.

Edit: downloaded Google dialer apk independently, installed, fixed permissions, good to go.

Is there a patch to fix grid photos of contacts ?

Loving the ROM so far besides that. Truly appreciate your time and effort putting these roms together for us

Updated the phone today and installed my first 4.4.2 ROM. This ROM is great.

I can't tell if it's this ROM or android being updated, but the scrolling is incredibly smooth.

@santod040 Great rom. Running smoothly for me and no glitches installing with twrp 2.6.3. Thanks for all your hard work!!

I know the discussion of removing the wireless charging notification popup has come up, but no real success has been made. Besides a custom rom that already stripped it.

Any chance in a mod or way to remove it from the build?

Thanks much again for all the time you put in on this stuffs :good:

I guess the only issue I've seen here is Bluetooth is garbled.

Yeah and I need more details on that in order to fix it.
Media audio over bluetooth sounds fine to me.
Called voicemail and that sounds fine as well.
So is the issue with audio on the receiving end?

Yeah man I followed your update method for newest firmware did a full wipe maybe I'll try and 're flash
I got data working on strait talk fwiw
Now if I could get cams working and get rid of the 3 dot menu in apps Ide be set lol

    Pretty sure I can post a fix for you in about 10 minutes that should let it stick better using the one in Gravity Box is what I tested it on my m7 with.
    I'll try it on the DNA and post it up shortly.

    Here, try this in combination with Gravity/Sense6Toolbox or some other Xposed Volume Wake Tweak enabled.
    Make sure after you flash that, and enable the tweak, that you have rebooted once completely before testing it.
    Worked for me.
