The official ICS update is not buggy, everything works flawless... and no.. it will not lock your phone back. I unlocked mine on GB , wen to ICS then jellybean and its still unlocked..

ohh ok, i heard from somewhere that it might and prob will lock it back but since u tried it, i guess ill trust u on this one lol so how did you update it to ics? the official at&t method or did u flash it with cwm recovery? thx btw for the help/info

srry for all the questions, i just don't want to end up messin up my phone lol so do I flash this over 2.3.6 or do I have to go stock ics then flash this over?
any bugs in it such as slowdowns? or backlight/keyboard problems? or is this rom stable

Flash stock ICS via Odin because you need ICS bootloaders, then flash cwm via Odin.. then flash the stock rooted rom
