Ok I attempted to rom my buddies Nexus 7 (2013) WiFi, but now the cyanagogen mod circle just sits there for hours.... I unlocked the boot loader, and then put a new recovery on it (TWRP) and then forgot to make a recovery.... well i added the GAPPS and Cyanogen rom onto it and then went into the recovery and installed it. Now it just loops... Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Well at this point i just have the cm logo spinning and thats about it, ive been trying to look into adb sideload, so i can put the rom onto the nexus to flash it. So far its just taking a long time to figure it all out.
If it loops then it's starting you do a factory reset in twrp.

This. Just go into twrp and go to wipe and just swipe to the right. This will factory reset and wipe cache and dalvik as well. After that you can just flash the rom and gapps afterwards and that should do it.
Give it a few minutes to boot up though since the first boot is always longest. Could be that It'll stay on the boot logo for a bit.
